Located in the secure and exclusive Terres Basses residence on the French side of the island of Saint-Martin, Blooming Villa enjoys a privileged location, just a five-minute walk from the magnificent Baie Rouge beach.

The tropical garden, saltwater pool, and covered terrace each offer an open view of the ocean, perfect for savoring moments of peace and freedom.

The Villa

Blooming Villa features two tranquil bedrooms, each with:

• king-size bed (180 cm)

Linens are provided by the French brand Linvosges, a guarantee of comfort and quality.

The fully equipped open-plan kitchen includes: a hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator with ice dispenser, dishwasher, and Nespresso machine.
A laundry room with a washing machine and dryer is also available.

The living room offers a welcoming space with a Smart TV, Wi-Fi, and a sound system.

Outside, a barbecue is the perfect complement for enjoying time together.
